Active Parenting

Active Parenting is a five week series for parents and grandparents of children from ages three to thirteen.

This series will help you understand how brain development affects children’s behaviors and decision-making.  You will expand your toolbox of strategies for positive discipline and effective communication with your kids. Reducing power struggles, winning cooperation, teaching responsibility, and building courage, character and self esteem are some of the topics that will be covered.

Participants are expected to attend all five sessions.

This group meets virtually, and the Zoom app is required. A Zoom meeting link will be emailed before the first class.
