Senior Programs & Services

Families First encourages seniors to take advantage of the medical care, dental care and medication assistance that we offer for people of all ages. In addition, we partner with other organizations and individuals to offer several programs designed especially for seniors.senior luncheon

Senior Companions are healthy older adults (55+) who help other adults live independently by doing tasks such as providing respite to family caregivers or taking clients grocery shopping and to appointments. As the Seacoast region's “station” in the Senior Companions program, Families First trains, matches and supervises the companions who visit and provide support to other seniors.
