Families First Health Center and Dental Center are pleased to accept most private insurance plans, as well as Medicaid and Medicare, as listed below. If you are uninsured, you may apply for our sliding fee scale, which offers discounts based on income.
Families First Health Center is "in-network" for these providers:

- Harvard Pilgrim Healthcare
- Humana
- NH Medicaid
- Maine Medicaid (not accepted for prenatal care)
- Medicare
- MVP Healthcare
- United Healthcare
If you have other health insurance: Families First will bill any medical insurance carrier. However, patients are responsible for knowing what your benefits are and for covering any costs of your visit that are not reimbursed by your insurance carrier.
Families First Dental Center accepts these insurance plans:

- NH Medicaid
- United Concordia
If you have other dental insurance: You will need to pay the full cost of your visit and may submit a claim to your insurance carrier requesting reimbursement.
