Please choose a method of support that is right for you, and contact us if you have questions. We so appreciate anything you can do to support your community health center. Make a Donation

Families First Health & Support Center relies on contributions from businesses, individuals, families, foundations and organizations for almost 40 percent of our budget. Donations of any amount are much appreciated!

  • Ways to Give:
    -- Click Donate Now to make a secure online donation;
    -- Mail a check to "Development Department, Families First, 100 Campus Drive, Suite 12, Portsmouth, NH 03801"; or
    -- Call (603) 422-8208 ext. 132 to give your credit-card number by phone.
  • If your employer will match your gift, please remember to send us a matching-gift form.

Rolling Green Winter Farmers Market
Saturday, November 15, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Families First will be selling 2015 Artists of the Seacoast calendars at the Winter Farmer's Market at Rolling Green Nursery. All proceeds benefit Families First. You’ll also find local growers and food artisans offering quality food ranging from pasture-raised meats and produce to honey, bread, body care products and much more! Rolling Green Nursery is at 64 Breakfast Hill Road in Greenland (directions).

Button Factory Open Studios
December 6 and 7, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Lennie Mullaney will be selling our 2015 Artists of the Seacoast calendars from her studio during this event. Lennie's painting, “Prescott Players: In the Garden” (at left), is featured in the calendar. Click for more info about the Button Factory Open Studios or the Artists of the Seacoast calendar. GIFT! A Mini Holiday Sale at the Lamont Gallery
December 10, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Families First will be selling 2015 Artists of the Seacoast calendars during this event at Phillips Exeter Academy’s Lamont Gallery. The event will also feature art and craft works by PEA staff members. All items will be on sale and the event is free and open to everyone. The Lamont Gallery at PEA is at 11 Tan Lane in Exeter (directions).

LizFit logo Spinning Generosity with LizFit
December 13, 8 a.m. to 9 a.m.
LizFit trainer Liz Forkel is offering spin classes to benefit local non-profits. A minimum donation of $10 is requested; all proceeds will go to the non-profits. Click here for more information. Families First will be featured during the December 13 class, and you can also bring a donation for Families First to the other classes (December 8-14). Sign-ups begin November 24; email Liz to sign up. Classes are held at Spinnaker Point Recreation Center, 30 Spinnaker Way in Portsmouth (directions).
Ten Thousand Villages logo Ten Thousand Villages Benefit
December 14, noon to 4 p.m.
Shop for the holidays! Ten Thousand Villages, a fair trade retailer of artisan-crafted home decor, personal accessories and gift items from across the globe, will donate 15% of the price of items sold during this time to Families First. Ten Thousand Villages is at 87 Congress Street in Portsmouth (directions).

Lend Your Business's Support

Local companies support us by making charitable contributions and in many other ways, such as:

  • Participating in the Community Partners program, in which businesses hold events or drives for Families First or donate a portion of their proceeds.   • Sponsoring our Artists of the Seacoast calendar, or buying calendars as gifts for clients and employees

Donate "Wish List" Items

Families First collects a limited number of items to pass on to clients who are in need or to use in our programs. If you would like to donate items to Families First, please first consult our wish list to see what our needs are and how to make a donation, or contact Julia at 603-422-8208 ext. 126 or by email.
